In late 2010, All But A Memory turned from a simple to idea to a full fledged dream for 6 young men. With their cover of Ke$ha’s hit “Take It Off” the dream took off! The band since then, working full time, have pieced together their first album “Animus”
Their freshman album, self released by the band and Hot Topic, captures the ideals of being the best person that one can truly be. Songwriters and vocalists, Chris Gilbert and Josh Evangelista have written their songs based on aspects of real life struggles that most of us face every single day. The meaning of the lyrics show that there is more to life then feeling alone as we all might feel. As well as following your dreams, never giving up, finding love in yourself and others.
