Mr. Constant is a three-piece psychedelic/hard rock/funk band founded in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago. Originally formed from an improvisational standpoint, the group’s focus has shifted towards tighter songs that emphasize the mix of different genres that they forge. This collective melting pot of genres is what they call Mr. Constant, for the only constant in music is change.
