E.F. Ledbetter III is a new independent artist that describes his music as Gospel Lo-Fi Neo Soul. His parents are his greatest influences; his mother raised him listening to Blues and his father raised him listening to Jazz. The church is his foundation which allows him to find the soul in all genres of music. His E.P. “After Church” is a blend of R&B, Hip-Hop and Jazz melodies that are nontraditional yet inspirational in content. His recent album “The Midnight Musical” is an extension of him exploring his sound which he feels is an intentional rebellion of who he is expected to be.
