Forged during the Covid pandemic, New Orleans death grind/hardcore group BRAT have come in swinging with blast beats, bass-laden breakdowns, and riffs inspired by OSDM and NYHC.
Through the melding of genres, the foursome stand out from the sludge that the Crescent City is known for. BRAT also brings a yassified look to the scene, shirking traditional metal imagery for femme pop icons and pink-pilled Y2K aesthetic.
BRAT are making strides in the underground music world with powerful force, putting Barbiegrind Bimboviolence on the map.

Flying Raccoon Suit is a ska/punk band from Mississippi.
“You can probably safely call it a “ska-punk” album, but outside of one or two songs, Afterglow doesn’t sound like ’90s ska-punk. Throughout the album, they experiment with lumbering metal riffs, throat-shredding hardcore, DIY indie rock, surf rock, explorative jazz, upbeat Klezmer, and more, and Flying Raccoon Suit have a firm grip on all of these styles of music. It never sounds like they’re biting off more than they can chew, and it comes together a lot more seamlessly than you might expect. You can hear all of these different sounds when you dissect it, but when you just sit back and listen, it’s just an enjoyable rock record with big hooks and a ton of energy. If you don’t think you like ska, Afterglow probably has a song or two that will prove you wrong.” – Brooklyn Vegan

His energy and charm win over crowds as he explains his story of never fitting in because he always knew he was born to stand out.
In his first few years as a stand-up comedian, Manny has been fortunate to enough to have learned from and performed with incredible veteran comics such as: Vince Acevedo, Joey Villagomez, Calvin Evans, Kevin Farley, Alex Ortiz, Josh Blue, Damon Williams and more!
Recently Manny has started performing and bringing laughs to many different venues all over the country. Hi ! My names Josephine and I’m a musician from Chicago, originally St. Paul Minnesota, but for the past 5 years I’ve been establishing myself and music in the wonderful Windy City. I’ve put out a few songs under Joz which was a past version of my music. Going by my full name “Josephine” has felt much more fitting to the new music I’ve been creating. I’d say the style of my sound is indie revival/alternative rock in space.
Emo Shoegaze from Minneapolis, MN 🙂 12th House Sun started as Kyle Schultz’s solo project in 2019. He recorded and released his debut EP “12th House Sun” in 2020, followed by a second EP titled “444” in 2021. The music pairs ambience with emo chord progressions, while the lyrics dive into themes of self reflection, heartbreak, and loss. After the isolation of the covid-19 pandemic, 12th House Sun sought to bring these songs to a live setting. Members Nick Luke (drums), Alice Grooms (bass), and Logan Stromberg (guitar) joined the band in 2022. The group has gained more exposure by playing shows around the Twin Cities, and have plans to release their first album in 2023.
Painting With The Sun is our debut EP; this record is the first collection of songs we’ve ever put out as an outfit. These tracks were written between Summer 2021 into the end of winter 2022 when they were promptly recorded late at night at the historic Powerstation in NYC. Busied by life and the writing of new shit, we truly took our time with this record. It was a learning process in its entirety. One of our closest friends and collaborators Andy Hallock tirelessly produced, mixed and mastered this project through the power of patience and wizardry, and let it be known, from Boston via remote session software. No amount of words can accurately describe the making of this album, but we believe a singular onomatopoeia can: !
Living together in famed Syracuse house venue Scarier Dome hosting shows for touring bands, producing live video sessions, starting a screen printing business while also learning the ins-and-outs of self-recording and releasing records was the foundational stepping stone upon which Petite League was created.
Lorenzo Gillis Cook, songwriter and composer, along with drummer Henry Schoonmaker, came out of the gates swinging with their signature infectious lo-fi power pop releasing their two first records before graduating from college that same year. Petite League’s melodic sun kissed brand of indie rock started the buzz right away with some immediate industry, streaming, and publication recognition which helped propel the band forward from the jump.
The band continued to shape itself into a staple of the New York indie rock scene as the band moved to Queens in 2016 enlisting the help of other ex-Scarier Dome residents Adam Greenberg and Kevin McCallum as part of the live band. The DIY mindset of operating Scarier Dome is still the backbone of what Petite League runs on to this day as they continue to release music prolifically, cultivate their online presence, and tour throughout the United States.

Dreamer Isioma (they/he) their debut album, Goodnight Dreamer, arriving February 23. The out-of-this-world project from the Chicago-based Nigerian American artist centers on Dreamer, a stylish character who embarks on a multi-dimensional expedition through time and space to solve the questions they have about their existence. A kaleidoscopic journey of popular music history, the album sees Isioma exploring a multitude of genres from Afrobeats (a nod to their heritage and the fact that the earliest humans originated on the African continent), to 1950s rock ‘n’ roll, ‘70s funk and R&B, and eventually, modern pop and electronic music. Through this story, the 21-year-old lays out his own personal misadventures in love, self-identity, and achieving their dreams—unafraid to sing frankly about their uncertainty and mental health, while still boldly claiming their self-worth. Possessing cool confidence and the sensitivity of a heartthrob, Isioma offers a new archetype of relatable stardom and paints his own vision of
the genreless future.
Isioma started conceptualizing Goodnight Dreamer in 2020, around the time he released his breakthrough debut EP, Sensitive, whose groovy and audacious title track later went viral onTikTok. The track has since clocked over 80 million streams, landed Dreamer on Rolling Stone’sBreakthrough 25 Chart ranked at #6, and hit #1 on Shazam’s Predictions 2021 Chart. Single, broke, and overwhelmed from navigating early internet fame, he imagined himself traveling to other dimensions. Throughout the rest of the year, even while promoting their second EP, The Leo Sun Sets, they fueled their curiosities by researching outer space, time dimensions, the ocean, and existential philosophies.
These ruminations are the backdrop to the narrative of Goodnight Dreamer, which opens with “StayUp!” a psychedelic Afrobeats song that sees Isioma urging someone to manifest their dreams in their waking life. The explosive track “Sunset Drive” captures Isioma’s exceptional tenacity and celebrates their newfound sense of self. By the time the project gets to the dreamy pop-R&B closing title track, Isioma ends with the message that it’s now safe to fall into slumber, which he describes as a metaphor for being reborn, because the journey is complete.Goodnight Dreamer indicates growth for Isioma, who recently publicly announced that they are taking on the name of the Dreamer character for themself. “I’m becoming who I want to be,” they explain. The conceptually expansive project is an audacious step toward Isioma’s broader
goal to “be someone who shifts culture—whether that be the culture of me being Nigerian, or the culture of me being queer, or the culture of me being Black in America,” as he puts it. It’s clear that Isioma is already on the way to achieving this mission, since Goodnight Dreamer tells the tale of them actively turning their dreams into reality.
The young phenomenon has solidified himself as one of today’s most exciting artists through their meteoric rise. Isioma has amassed 100 million career streams across catalog and become a bonafide critical press darling, lauded by Rolling Stone, Complex, Billboard, Pigeons and Planes, Nylon, them., Wonderland and many others. Additionally, Isioma recently wrapped their debut headlining US tour including explosive performances at Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits and others.

Since March 2020 most performers, musicians, and live artists everywhere were forced to take a break from playing live and deal with struggles associated with Covid 19. As we now see the light at the end of the tunnel, this group of emcees and live musicians are ready to hit the live circuit with a passion like never before. During the break of live music Greenlights went on to complete 3 full length projects that all held significant time in the top ten NACC Hip Hop Charts (Art of Poise chiming in at #27 nationally for the year). Both projects were given high praise from DJ’s all around the country and given a generous amount of rotation from some highly notable independent and college radio stations. Including Chicago based Chirp Radio. “Space Craft” and “The Art of Poise” were also given respect from the Chicago underground scene, declaring Greenlights Music a sort of 1990’s “Native Tongues” feel. Greenlights Music has finally reached the ears of a greater audience and now wants to take it a step further. They have solidified themselves as a more “conscious” breed of Hip Hop which is not too prevalent in rap anymore. In the same right you can hear the Chicago Hip Hop roots in Greenlights Music through punchline driven battle rhymes incorporated into intricate wordplay. Complete with a 4 sometimes 5 piece band they are a force live. Every emcee, singer, and musician involved is talented, focused, and experienced. Greenlights Music is a tremendous and musically gifted experience live.

Definitely Maybe is what you get when a state champion drum major (Sawyer, bass/production), a jazz and blues guitar player (Ian, guitar), and a 2000s-emo shower singer (Courtney, lead vocalist and writer) get together and make music. With a refreshing take on Pop Punk / Rock anthems, Courtney pulls raw and relatable words from broken friendships, hypocrisy she experienced growing up in the church, and her battles with mental health, including losing her sister to suicide in 2020. The catchy hooks and gritty guitar tones contrast the thoughtful themes inside each song, and the storytelling provides a vivid picture for the listeners to get lost in.

Suitable Miss is a band from Colorado serving up an energetic and eclectic blend of nostalgic pop-punk songwriting, blistering metalcore intensity and radio pop sensibility. Like a “coming-of-age” movie about trying to find your place in the world, their music is introspective, emotionally vulnerable, and full of energy.
Initially formed in Denver in late 2019, the band saw much of their early development during the initial COVID-19 lockdown. After releasing their debut EP “Don’t Look Back” in early 2021, the return of live music that summer skyrocketed the band to new heights with a sold out headline show and multiple regional performances.
The band followed up their debut EP with the release of their of their first full length album “In Color” in May 2022. Extensive touring from coast to coast throughout 2022 and 2023 gained the band significant traction and massive opportunities. Opportunities like joining A Day to Remember, Jimmy Eat World, The Maine and more at KTCL 93.3’s Big Gig, hitting the road with Equal Vision Records artist, Calling All Captains, and providing local support for notable acts like From Ashes to New, Broadside, Driveways, and Young Culture.

Members are Michael “Stein” Steinheiser (Singer/Frontman), Anthony Pierri (Guitar), Dominic Pierri (Bass/Backup Singer), Matt Ackman (Guitar), and Jack Mancuso (Drums). Good Hangs is a love letter to kids who came up in the local scene and now slog through mid-level management. The raw but earnest vocal harmonies, catchy guitar riffs, and poignant lyrics amp up the nostalgia for life as a millennial before society’s descent into dystopia. Because even when everything else is sh*t, you and your best friends can still crack open some PBRs, crank up the volume, and sing at the top of your lungs. When there’s nothing to look forward to, look back. There’s no hope, just good hangs.

SPELLS is a five-piece rock juggernaut hailing from Denver, CO. Founded in 2013, they are vacation rock to be exact. They produce short blasts of intense melody and driving rhythms that are custom-made to entertain the band members themselves and serve as an excuse to go play shows in cities that have beaches or buddies nearby. If your city’s best offers include said beach and a good breakfast joint, count them in. If the best your city can do is a punk house that smells like cat shit and a Subway restaurant inside a gas station, they will pass.
Over the past 9+ years, SPELLS has released two full-length records (‘STAYING IN > GOING OUT‘ in 2016 + ‘STIMULANTS & SEDATIVES‘ in 2020) and one full-length collection record featuring early 7″s, cassettes, compilation tracks and digital charity tracks (‘LOOSE CHANGE, VOL. 1‘ in 2018). They also have several other 7″s, cassettes, etc; some of which are slated for the forthcoming ‘LOOSE CHANGE, VOL. 2’.
Along with SNAPPY LITTLE NUMBERS QUALITY AUDIO RECORDINGS, SPELLS has worked with other great labels such as ANXIOUS & ANGRY, RAD GIRLFRIEND RECORDS, BRASSNECK RECORDS (UK), KEEP IT A SECRET RECORDS (Germany), and SHIELD RECORDINGS (Netherlands).
During the band’s near-decade existence, SPELLS has performed with such rad bands as HOT SNAKES, THE BOUNCING SOULS, FACE TO FACE, THE SPITS, MEAT WAVE and THE BOLLWEEVILS, while also touring with acts such as OFF WITH THEIR HEADS, IRON CHIC, TOYS THAT KILL, SETH ANDERSON and DRAKULAS. SPELLS has played the SOUTH BY SOUTHWEST music festival (Austin, TX), POUZZA FEST(Montreal, QC, Canada), and FEST 17, 19 & 20 (Gainesville, FL).
SPELLS continues to write, record and rock out new tunes on a regular basis, and can’t wait for your favorite taco recommendations when they hit your municipality to blow the roof off of some crappy club or awesome hotel lobby. Oh, and don’t forget… SPELLS Rules!
UltraBomb, the eagerly anticipated international supergroup, have now arrived bringing together three iconic musicians from the cream of punk rock. On bass is the legend that is Greg Norton, once the driving force behind one of the most influential bands to emerge from the American punk scene, Hüsker Dü. Next up is the indefatigable singer-guitarist Finny McConnell, a name you’ll recognize from thirty years as the frontman of the Canadian Irish folk-punk sensation The Mahones. Completing the trio is the drumming powerhouse Jamie Oliver, having served well over fifteen years in the seminal British punk band UK Subs, as well as shorter stints with the likes of SNFU among others.
UltraBomb formed in July 2021, and just two months later they traveled from their respective homes in the US, Canada and the UK to record their killer debut album ‘Time To Burn’ in Berlin, Germany. With a DIY ethic and a love of classic punk, the band wrote and recorded the ten-track LP in just four days. UltraBomb’s debut single ‘Stickman Vs. Hangman’ dropped in February 2022 to a crescendo of critical acclaim, and now the band are ready to follow it up with second single ‘Star’, a rousing, emotive song written for Greg Norton’s daughter, Coco.
“I dedicate this to my daughter, Coco,” explains Greg. “She inspires me every day. I wrote this for her. I want her to follow her dreams, and I feel she can accomplish anything if she is committed to it and puts her heart into it.”

Electronic drums and pads lay the foundation while hard Post Punk basslines lead the way. Dreamy shoegaze guitars put you in a trance with their melody and pair with Synth arrangements and keyboards reminiscent of old Italo records. Iron years will pull you into their world and play in the background of your deepest desires while making you want to dance. You will want to daydream together.
Flesh Panthers is a ROCK band. We don’t play indie rock or synth pop or any second rate music shit. We chug beer and play power chords!
Long-running Alabama based band. Includes members of Drive-By Truckers, Dexateens, Bohannons, Capsiz
TV Moms is a loud, grungy, guitar-drums, gutter rocknroll band. Ok, not all the songs are loud. There’s some singing in there, but not vocal gymnastics. Bummer rock is a thing? But a little more sarcastic. Riff-based guitar stuff that is really fun to play, even if you don’t play guitar that much. And Dave plays drums. He broke a stick a couple times.
Blending elements of psychedelic rock, progressive metal, and almost everything in between, The Darkhorse Collective looks to create a new breed of modern progressive music. Full of many twists and turns, the contrast of heavy riffs, chaotic rhythms, and catchy melodies will demand your attention until suddenly you wonder… “Now how did we end up here?”
Growing up in Boulder, Demi Demitro rebelled through her guitar, practicing up to nine hours a day and neglecting schoolwork to develop a playing style that is heavy but agile, theatrical but nuanced, grounded in rock history but wholly idiosyncratic. With Baby Pottersmith and Jonny Fig playing on a conjoined set, the band developed a reputation for their rip-roaring performances. Clips of the band’s live shows and DIY videos made it back to Dan Auerbach, who invited them to his studio in Nashville to produce Nightmare Daydream, dropping October 8th on Easy Eye Sound. “I instantly dug them,” says Auerbach. “Any time you doubletrack drums on a record, it’s going to sound so heavy. Together with this baritone guitar player who is so bombastic. There’s nothing like them.”
From Windsor, Ontario, Canada; the duo is built on an electrifying blues-rock sound with alternative rock accents.
