MEASURING MARIGOLDS
Measuring Marigolds (Joshua Ruebeck) is a folk singer from Pennsylvania who’s called the Midwest home for the last 10 years. Their introspective songwriting explores the quiet moments in life; the days when you wake up and have 30 seconds before existential dread sets in; the joy of catching snowflakes on your tongue. Many of their songs draw heavily on the 60s songwriters they grew up listening to like Joni Mitchell, Leonard Cohen, and Phil Ochs, as well as current performers including Haley Heynderickx, Vashti Bunyan, and Lady Lamb.
