The Socialists are a sister, brother, sister, father 4 piece band from Chicago. They are called The Socialists because every band member sings and plays every instrument. They learned to play music by playing covers of their favorite bands like The Smiths, Joy Division, and LCD Soundsystem. The Socialists distinctive sound can be heard on their debut EP, Eponymous. They continue to perform locally in many of Chicago’s legendary concert venues.
