Ezra Lange have played together for almost a decade with Esso, the afro-carribean inspired funk collective that has represented Chicago’s music & culture in cities across the U.S. and Mexico. Celebrating the pure joy of grooves peppered with instrumental diversions & conscious rhymes, Scrub League is a type of experiment; a question that gets answered in performance, 3 musicians trying not to think too much, get the ego out of the way, & play.
