CW Ayon may call the Southwestern deserts of New Mexico home but his soul is deeply rooted in the Blues and grooves of the Mississippi Hill Country. With a rather simple kick/snare and tambourine setup he lays down solid beats while picking out some catchy hooks on anything from acoustic to resonator guitars. Sometimes dropping in a bit of harmonica for good measure. All the while building a sound and playing style that is deceptively larger than it seems.
I have 5 full length albums, “GONE”, “IS WHAT IT IS”, “AIN’T NO USE IN MOVING”, “LOHMADOR” and “SETTING SON”.
I won the New Mexico Music Award for BEST BLUES in 2010 and 2013. I was also nominated for BEST OF THE YEAR in 2013.
Austin, TX based duo The Ghost Wolves met in 2011 backstage at a local music festival and have been an inseparable force ever since. To Carley & Jonny rock n’ roll is an intangible spirit — an expression of absolute creative freedom, not a binding genre. Their stage show is wild, energetic and infectious. Bombastic guitar riffs, wild lyrical tales, explosive sing-alongs, scratchy acoustic cuts and slow-burning muddy grooves are delivered with glee. The songs stick in your head like a recurring dream.
Their second full length album, “TEXA$ PLATINUM” was released in April of 2017 by Berlin based rock & roll label Hound Gawd! Records.
Barnyard Stompers play the roughest and rawest Country music allowed by law and then some. Outlaw Country assassins who go against the grain with their own brand of old school Honky-Tonk, Dirty Blues and Southern Rock!
Straight Up Country – No Chaser. Three time Outlaw Female of The Year Nominee and 2017 winner of Dale Watson’s Ameripolitan Music Awards, Seattle’s own Darci Carlson delivers a throwback, honky tonkin’, true country affair. This ain’t no vanity act – this is no non-sense, high energy Country Music with a Rock n Roll edge that is both unique and refreshingly honest. Darci knows her way around an acoustic guitar and a classic country ballad while staying true to her northwest roots. Her smokey-sweet, lived in voice, like the after taste of a fine whiskey, has been compared to greats such as Janice Joplin, Stevie Nicks, and Tanya Tucker. She is currently on tour promoting her 2017 Self Titled release which includes her single “Wild a Reckless and Crazy” as well as her rendition of Outlaw Hero Hank Jr’s “Outlaw Woman”. Darci Carlson is also an actress and model well-known for her role as ‘The Girl’ in the 2012-2015 Gang of Outlaws Tour with ZZTOP. She is also known locally as the Lead Guitar Player for the Seattle based girl fronted Pop Punk band The Dolly Rottens.
Born to sing and bound to roam, Pearls Mahone is part hard luck crooner and part gospel firebrand. With a firm foundation in traditional church music, she truly sings with spirit. From deep roots she built her repertoire from an early age into a seamless marriage of Soul, Rock & Roll, Rockabilly, Country and Bluegrass.
Cash O’Riley is a one man band grown from the blue collar work ethic of Flint , Michigan. Cash combines his rockabilly influences with smooth honky tonk songwriting to create a truly unique one man band sound. The fire in his gut and years of experience on the road touring have given him the gumption needed to stomp out high octane beats to swing your partner to, while his croon and warble can compel strangers to slowdance.
