JENNIFER LIGAYA

Since the start of her solo career in the fall of 2011, Jennifer Ligaya has had the opportunity to co-write and record with many different artists, including Grammy Award winning producer Ricco Lumpkins. She is currently working on the completion of her debut album which is yet to be titled. “I’ve lived all over Chicago…that’s where I developed my roots. From the people I met, the sounds I heard, the food I’ve tasted, the communities of dancers, thespians, artists, poets, musicians, the community leaders, the activists, the ‘menaces to society’…I’ve been inspired by it all. I want to speak from the cultural dynamic that not only can separate, but can unify. Love, Money, Family…you name it.
